Meals containing carbs come only with quality carbs. We only serve slow digesting carbohydrates. We bake our own sweet potato fries. Try to save carbohydrates until AFTER your workout.They’ll be absorbed & used to build muscle and keep fat storing down.
All of your meals come with 35+ grams of protein. This macronutrient is responsible for building muscle, rebuilding muscle, and keeping metabolism up. You should be having a minimum of 20g of protein in each meal.
We use only lean cuts in order to give you 5-10g of fat in each meal. Fats are your most dense calorie. They are great to have for breakfast (no carbs) and before a workout (no carbs). Unrefined coconut oil and avocado oil are our two favorites in the kitchen.
Doesn’t matter what age, we all seem to share a common relationship with vegetables. Not the most mouthwatering of foods, however nothing helps you lose fat and digest food better than these. EVERY MEAL you purchase will have veggies cooked with more love and caring than grandma can offer.
We prepare your meals fresh on Sunday (If you order Wednesday-Saturday) and Wednesday (If you order Sunday-Tuesday). Your meals are sealed and kept at freezing temperatures overnight. They are shipped the very next day after cooking with ice packs in an insulated box to keep your meals fresh!
You may keep them in fridge or freezer. Keep a few meals in the fridge for easy eating and the rest in the freezer is our recommendation. Move a few meals at a time from freezer to fridge over night.
For example, if you are doing our BODY CHANGER PROGRAM you would receive 21 meals. We recommend putting 9 in the fridge(for 3 days of eating) and the remaining 12 in the freezer. Every night, transfer 3 meals from freezer to fridge.
